As a HK-China van driver, Mr. Tong took hundreds of guests to Ocean Park in the past 2 decades. Yet he had never set foot inside. He knew his days were numbered as he suffered from end-stage liver cancer.
BASIC Volunteers arranged for his wife, son and relatives to spend a memorable family day in the park to allow fond memories to be passed on.
