Madam Chan was a fan of Singer Miriam Yeung. As she was admitted to hospital for end-stage cancer, she wished she could listen to Miriam’s songs in her last days.
BASIC Volunteers contacted the singer’s office to help. Upon learning the request, Miriam recorded a song and sent the footage via WhatsApp to Madam Chan every night, Miriam’s song was a must to Madam Chan before she went to sleep. Our thanks go to Miriam for the recording despite her busy travelling schedule.
