BASIC Foundation’s volunteers fulfilled the wish of 88-year-old Ms. Kwan who suffered from lung failure to meet her old neighbors in Nam Shan Estate in Sham Shui Po.

She apologized to a former neighbor for hasty remarks in the past. They took pictures, exchanged small talks and had lunch at the Choi Lung restaurant where she worked before.
