Ms. Wong had fought with lung cancer for 6 years. Her last wish was to hold a birthday party for her mother as gratitude. The BASIC Foundation volunteers’ team worked with Bradbury Hospice to make her dream come true.
We brought longevity peach buns, cards and bouquets. The team gathered around 10 of her relatives and friends for the party time. About 10 hours later, she passed away peacefully.
We are sure this unforgettable birthday party would live in every participant’s mind forever.
