For many of us, having a personal album is just easy. But for the elderly living in elderly homes, it was impossible as the visit was totally banned due to the pandemic.
Volunteers from The BASIC Foundation were invited again by Hing Nam Care Home in City One, Shatin, to make dreams come true.
The albums were for the elderly and their family to recall beautiful memories, might also be their pictures on the tombs in case they pass away one day.
Our volunteers included professional makeup artists and veteran photographers. We used chroma key with cherry blossom trees, fireworks, sunflowers, or Hawaiian beach as the background.
We thank BMCPC for their support of these wish journeys to say “no” to regrets and pass on fond memories.
