Macau Wish of a Kidney Failure Elderly Comes True
70- year-old Madam Chan has been blind since an illness at a very young age. As she is suffering from end-stage kidney failure, she wanted to visit Macau with her carers so as to meet the couple’s son who is a Catholic priest in a local church.

Ms. Yeung is suffering from a rare hereditary disease she wishes to use her personal experience to encourage people suffering from sickness.

Beneficiary: 28 elderly Wish journey: July 14, 2021 At the height of the pandemic in the summer of 2021, BASIC’s volunteers were called in to help for the first time to elderlies living in Hing Nam Care home in Shatin. These elderlies felt lonely and isolated as their families were kept away during the pandemic. The home chief sought help from us. Dance With Suffering
Rev Chui suffered from serious pneumonia 4 times and cancer for 4 times in the past 16 years. Yet he is still preaching the Gospel. Volunteers helped to edit and published his stories in fighting illnesses.
My Life In The Army
Mr Lee was born and grew up in South Africa. He joined a fight with a white man about racial discrimination and the army in China. Volunteers took time to interview and wrote his story.
